Client Testimonials

I’m from NY and while there may be another “Show Me State” but we New Yorkers are not easily impressed!  Chris Ferguson is a gentleman and scholar. He was precise and thorough with his report and extended “trade” benefits by clarifying the similarities and differences of our States and systems. He provided an excellent and clear report to my brother for a purchase he was considering in NC. Chris has also followed up by providing me with some support with my Home Inspection program and a more effective means of presentation…  He is truly a class act and I would not hesitate recommending him to any of my friends, family or other New Yorkers looking to purchase in NC.  I am impressed with Chris Ferguson!

Chris,

Thank you for coming out and inspecting the roof work we had done, before we paid the contractor.  My husband and I are not in good health and are terrified of heights!  If it had not been for you, we would have probably paid for the repairs and discovered the flashing problem by our chimney later, only it woul have taken damage from a leak to clue us in!

It was apleasure to meet you!

God bless you and thanks!

Ron and Chris,

You guys have inspected multiple investment properties for me and my company and have never failed to provide us with VERY good information that saved us money later on maintenance disappointments.  Anyone who is a real estate investor who does not use your services, well, I feel very sorry for them!

Thanks guys!

Hey Chris,

I just wanted to send you this email as a thanks for the tips yesterday on the roofing of the addition at my house.  I was shocked when I told you about my project and you offered me the simple, free advice that the contractor should use galvanized flashing in the roof valleys.  It seems so simple, after all, it only costs about 25 more dollars to do this and it will help ensure there are no roof leaks!  When I spoke to my contractor, he sais he does not normall do this because it is an expensive waste, but I agree that $25 is not expensive if it prevents a roof leak!

Chris, you really saved me this time!

Thanks!
